Q: Where is the event located?
A: Mystic Lake Center | Mystic Lake Resort & Casino

Q: I am a vendor, where do I send my samples and booth material to? 
A: All vendors will send their booth/sample materials to our HAMMOND LOCATION prior to the event date and no later than Tuesday, September 22nd, 2026, with ATTN: Darren Odegard. Please reach out to your Russ Davis Procurement representative to inform them of your product and or display, along with how much they should expect.

Vendor Requirements: 

• Clearly label all shipments as “Food Show Samples – Vendor Name” or “Food Show Display – Vendor Name,” including PO numbers and load details.

• Please attempt to coordinate product and display deliveries for the same day when possible.

Q: How many people can I bring?
A: You are welcome to bring 1 guest other than yourself.

Q: Does RDW provide hotel rooms?
A: We will cover up to 2 separate rooms for your Thursday night stay.

Q: How many people will be attending this event?
A: You can expect 400-600 people.

Q: When should I arrive?
A: If you are attending as a customer, please arrive for customer registration starting at 12:00PM to get your badge and tickets before the vendor showcase begins at 1:00pm. If you are attending as a vendor, please arrive for vendor registration starting at 9:00AM  to get your badge, booth materials and start setting up for the showcase until 12:00PM. 

Q: What if I arrive early?
A: If you arrive early, please feel free to hang out at any of Mystic Lakes' amenities: the casino, restaurants, spa, etc. We will have a storage room available if you need to store your luggage in a safe place until hotel check-in.

Q: Can I stay Wednesday night (9/23)? Will RDW cover it?
A: You are welcome to stay the night before the event, but RDW/Crazy Fresh will not cover the cost of the room. We will only cover Thursday night's cost. If you decide to stay the night before, please arrange with Mystic Lake Hotel at (800) 262-7799 before the event on your terms. Once your room is booked for Wednesday night, we can then pair your room for Thursday night so you do not have to move rooms.

Q: How long is the Vendor Showcase?
A: The Vendor showcase will go from 1:00PM until 4:00PM  in the Minnetonka Ballroom. 

Q: How many prizes are there?
A: From our raffle prize giveaways to our top 3 "Best Dressed" and top 3 "Best Booths" there will be a total of 46 prizes given out.

Q: Is there anything going on Friday (9/25)?
A: We are providing a buffet-style HOT breakfast on Friday morning from 8:00AM-10:00AM You are not required to attend.
